Who We Are
R+R is a residential development company focused on creating thoughtfully designed homes in Houston’s most desirable neighborhoods, delivering lasting quality for the families who live in them.
Ryan’s passion for real estate began at sixteen with his first job in the industry. Before founding R+R, he worked in mergers and acquisitions in the energy sector, earned an MBA from Rice University, and gained direct exposure to the luxury buyer market as a licensed agent.
His projects have been featured on the Woodland Heights Home Tour and nominated for Preservation Houston’s Good Brick Award. He is a recipient of RE/MAX’s 100% Club Award and serves on the Houston Heights Association Land Use Committee.
